Here are another example of the same material from another part of the world Norway.  Norway calls this Spectrolite.   These all silver rings re designed on a saddle band (think English riding saddle smooth and wide on top and narrow underneath).

These rings measure approx. 1 1/4"long x 3/4" wide.
